About the positionWorking collaboratively with churches, schools and volunteers, the Field Development Manager is responsible for leading the local delivery of SUA ministry through training, coaching and releasing both staff and volunteers into ministry opportunities within your district.  This includes recruiting and managing a team of school Chaplains. You will also be responsible for growing SUA ministry in the geographical area by establishing new camps and programs, and coaching event directors and volunteersThe Field Development Manager will have responsibility for areas around Dalby, Roma, Charleville, Eromanga, Cunnamulla, St George, Stanthorpe and Warwick in Queensland. The list of geographical areas is not exhaustive and includes the surrounding areas.
