Regardless of your qualification, you must hold units that cover. or are equivalent to the competencies of the three Education Department mandatory units:-

1. CHCCCS016 – Respond to client needs
2. CHCMHS001 – Work with people with mental health issues
3. Either a pastoral care, or a working with youth unit
